Winter 2026 Junior Lifeguard Club will run from January 5 until April 22.

Youth and adults aged 8 years old and up who are looking for an activity that is dynamic, ranging from endurance swims and rescue scenarios to team-based problem-solving activities.

The Junior Lifeguard Club is Where FUN meets SPORT—the perfect next step for swimmers who want to push themselves, build confidence, and experience the excitement of lifeguarding skills in a team setting.

JLC combines swimming and lifesaving skills with teamwork, leadership, and fun challenges.

Swimming and lifesaving skills focus on:

  • Fitness and endurance
  • Leadership and teamwork
  • Problem-solving and rescue scenarios
  • Optional lifesaving sport competition training

Athletes can choose to practice with the competitive group without any requirement to sign up for competitions.

  • Practices are exciting, fun, and always different
  • A unique alternative to traditional swimming lessons
  • Train like a lifeguard while building strength and confidence
  • Option to join competitive training without competing
  • Make friends and be part of a motivated team

The Junior Lifeguard Club is designed for:

  • Youth, ages 8–15 years
  • Swimmers with varying abilities looking for new challenges
  • Athletes who want to stay active in the off-season
  • Friends and siblings who want to train together in a fun and exciting atmosphere
